Sports play a great role in all walks of man’s life in general. In addition to its importance for health, recreation, and investment, sports role goes further beyond that to provide protection from behavioral disorders of all forms in addition to providing immunization from crime, derangement, and drug abuse.

Being a public welfare society, the Sociological Association in the United Arab Emirates is keen to stay abreast of all the latest developments and updates in the fields of social development.

This conference is a platform to highlight the role of sports as a social product against anti-social behaviors, in addition to finding the proper means of protection from such anti-social behaviors and controlling the same with the state-of-the-art scientific methods.
