Rubu’ Qarn (RQ) was established in 2016 by Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of the Ruler of Sharjah, to create future leaders and innovators. It is the first UAE, Arab, and regional initiative to build Emirati generations capable of leading and influencing the future. RQ includes four Sharjah-based entities: Sharjah Children, Sharjah Youth, Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah, and Sharjah for Capability Development. Its goal is to develop a unified strategic plan for these institutions, aiming for efficiency, optimal resource investment, and sustainability.
